In the United States, more than one million individuals and their families live with autism and the number keeps growing. Easter Seals Metropolitan Chicago (ESMC) provides high quality educational and therapeutic programs and services to children with autism and other cognitive disabilities in Northern Illinois, with schools in Chicago, Rockford, Tinley Park and Waukegan.
Recently, Easter Seals completed Phase One of a four-phase project to construct a new Therapeutic School and Center for Autism Research in Chicago. It's a big step toward our goal of empowering our students to be their best. But we still have a long way to go and we need your help in order to complete the pool, research facilities and independent living areas.
